The Cape Cod Baseball League will be broadcast live on ESPN for the first time in its history, with a game featuring the Chatham Anglers set to air on SportsCenter. This announcement marks a significant milestone for the prestigious collegiate summer league, giving it unprecedented national exposure. The broadcast is expected to showcase the top amateur talent in the country and provide a platform for players to showcase their skills to a wider audience. The game is scheduled to take place in Chatham, Massachusetts. |

7/19, 4 PM, Cape League All-Star Game, Red Wilson Field, D-Y Regional High School
– A full day of family fun and baseball – including a fan festival with kid-friendly games and giveaways, a variety of concessions and souvenir stands, and the annual All-Star autograph session starting just after noon. The annual Home Run Contest, which is always a fan favorite, happens at 2:30, and first pitch for the game itself will be at 4:05, with the best of the best from the Cape League taking the field for a game that’s always memorable. 7/20, 9 AM, Pet First Aid and CPR Class, CC Dog Center, Mashpee
– Learn the first aid techniques that will help you handle the most common emergencies that can occur with your house pets, as well as how to notice abnormalities and early warning signs of illness and injury. Training also includes life-saving measures for when time is of the essence. $60; you must pre-register. Do that here.
7/25 – 8/2, Woods Hole Film Festival
– The 34th Woods Hole Film Festival kicks off on Friday, July 25, and runs for nine exciting days through Saturday, August 2.
